Take ownership of Salesforce support items, providing second-level and advanced support for issues involving automation, integration with SAP and other systems, validation, configuration, and custom coding (APEX, Lightning Web Components).Act as a technical mentor for other members of the team, supporting onboarding and continuous skills development for junior colleagues.Collaborate with international business and IT partners, architects, and global team members to define and deliver scalable, sustainable Salesforce solutions.Perform root cause analysis, identify trends, and implement process optimizations or technical improvements for recurring issues.Help design and maintain robust data models and oversee process documentation within the Salesforce landscape.Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and industry best practices, advocating for improvements to our glo...
