Job Description

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree earned in Canada.
- 5 years of hands‑on experience leading sales initiatives and systems implementations.
- Salesforce business analyst and UAT experience (preferred: Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, dashboard configuration).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex ideas clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience driving initiatives from discovery through delivery of business‑critical outcomes.
