Senior Sales Manager

We're looking for a commercially driven
Senior Sales Manager
to join our team and lead Ad Sales revenue growth across Pluto TV and Paramount+.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with key advertisers and media agencies, while identifying and closing new business opportunities across both linear and digital ecosystems.
What you'll be doing:
• Developing strategic partnerships with top-tier advertisers and agencies
• Driving revenue growth across Pluto TV and Paramount+
• Leading negotiations and closing high-impact deals
• Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver integrated client solutions
• Presenting insights and opportunities to senior stakeholders
What we're looking for:
• +10 years of experience in media sales or digital advertising
• Strong network across advertisers and media agencies
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth
