About the Role
Arch Systems is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer based in Mexico to serve as a critical technical partner in our go-to-market motion. In this role, you will support the pre-sales process by clearly articulating Arch's product capabilities and value proposition, designing and executing pilots to demonstrate return on investment (ROI), and defining integrated solutions that connect Arch with customer and partner production systems.
You will act as a key bridge between customers, sales, and product teams—leveraging your expertise across Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) to guide prospects through complex technical evaluations. This role requires strong manufacturing domain knowledge, technical depth, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
This role must be based in Mexico. Candidates must be located in Mexico to be considered.
