Volvo Group is looking for a Senior Safety Engineer to lead and strengthen Health & Safety initiatives across Latin America, supporting operations in countries such as Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Chile, and Mexico.This professional will be responsible for coordinating and guiding regional HSE teams, ensuring alignment with corporate standards, regulatory requirements and best practices across different countries and business units.💼 Main responsibilities:• Coordinate Health & Safety initiatives across LATAM operations• Conduct HSE audits and site assessments in different countries• Drive continuous improvement actions through Lean/VPS methodologies• Implement and strengthen safety processes, controls and performance metrics• Support risk assessments, incident investigations and compliance actions• Act as a regional focal point between local operations and global stakeholders• Provide technical guidance on safety engineering and governance practices
