TELUS Health Retirement Consulting is looking for a Defined Benefits (DB) Administration Specialist. The role focuses on administering DB pension plans, managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with pension legislation, and leading project and talent initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with client contacts.
- Provide client information on administrative issues and legislative requirements.
- Coordinate DB administration services including web tools and call‑center resources.
- Collaborate with clients to resolve administrative issues and drive new business opportunities.
- Participate in governance initiatives, service‑review meetings, and reporting.
- Ensure the team delivers high‑quality service to clients.
