Job Description
Become the Reporting and Analysis Lead and spearhead our accounting team. This senior position focuses on financial reporting, audits, and fostering compliance across the organization.
In this role, you will supervise financial processes, enhancing the accuracy of reports and ensuring organizational adherence to policies. Responsibilities include analyzing complex accounts, coordinating audits, and addressing financial discrepancies. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage small team for accurate financial reporting
• Oversee month-end processes and finalize entries
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and conduct analyses
• Coordinate with auditors while reviewing documentation
• Maintain effective communication regarding finance inquiries
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of finance-related experience
• Demonstrated leadership in a financial context
