As part of this journey, we’re looking for a Senior Release Train Engineer to lead large‑scale Agile delivery, align cross‑functional teams, and help drive meaningful business outcomes.
In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of engineering, product, and business teams — bringing structure to complex programs, fostering collaboration, and enabling high‑performing teams to deliver their best work.
Position Responsibilities
Lead and optimize the flow of work across the Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure efficient, predictable delivery
Facilitate program‑level Agile events, including PI Planning, ART Sync, and retrospectives
Align team‑level objectives with program‑level priorities and track delivery outcomes
