Job Description
Responsibilities
- Focus on strategically growing revenue and services through Element’s service offering.
- Demonstrate expertise in the marketplace to uncover local and global opportunities.
- Partner with internal customer teams to continuously identify cost savings projects, growth opportunities, and enhance performance in line with client practices and objectives.
- Generate share of wallet opportunities with existing customers.
- Identify needs and develop proposals with Element’s value‑added services.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end sales process for new asset and service onboarding (risk‑under‑writing process, customer visits, contract negotiation and implementation).
- Accountable for overall relationship management of clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
