Senior Relationship Manager
As a Senior Relationship Manager, you’ll lead a complex portfolio of agriculture customers, building trusted, long‑term partnerships and delivering tailored financial solutions that drive their success. Operating as a strategic advisor, you’ll apply strong financial expertise and business acumen to structure sophisticated lending arrangements, assess risk and identify growth opportunities across your portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Build financing packages that meet customers’ business needs.
- Accountable for the execution of loans, including sales, loan structure, gathering and preparing financial documentation, securing approvals and collaborating with internal teams.
- Lead complex lending solutions, including advanced financial analysis, credit risk assessment and structured financing.
