Job Description
Lead the regulatory strategy for North America as a Senior Regulatory Officer based in Boucherville, QC. Drive compliance with FDA and CFIA while managing a team of regulatory experts.
This senior position reports to the VP of Quality & Regulatory, focusing on defining the regulatory roadmap across North America. You will ensure compliance with relevant regulations, oversee product registrations, and monitor regulatory updates. Additionally, you will collaborate with Quality, R&D, and Operations to manage regulatory processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the North American regulatory roadmap
• Ensure compliance with FDA and CFIA regulations
• Oversee product registrations and market-access documentation
• Monitor updates on FSMA and allergens regulations
• Lead a team of 5-6 regulatory professionals
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
