Senior Regional Access Manager
Job Description
The role is intended to elevate Edwards’ leadership in Western Canada, both externally and internally, broaden external engagement and develop partnerships with relevant stakeholders. The role will help define the strategy, navigate the system and lead the execution of Market Access and Government Affairs programs in alignment with the Business Units imperatives and Public Affairs (Canada) strategies to secure timely patient access and appropriate funding to the innovative technologies that Edwards brings to healthcare systems in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Through interactions and partnership with Ministries of Health, HTA bodies, Payers and Procurers, decision‑makers and societies, the Market Access & Government Affairs role will engage with key stakeholders across the region to define the best access pathways within the health care system to benefit patients, building an innovation‑friendly environment with high ethical standards.
