Senior Recruiter/Talent Operations Lead

Frontier Dental is growing — and we’re looking for a Senior Recruiter / Talent Operations Lead to help us build the team that powers that growth.

This role will lead recruitment for corporate roles at our Markham head office while also supporting programs that help us attract and hire exceptional talent for distribution centers in both Canada and the US.

What You'll Do:

Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles at our Markham head office
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, define hiring strategies, and deliver strong candidate pipelines
