Senior Recruiter & Talent Partner — US Engineering & R&D

Koch Global Services is seeking a Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing, Engineering, and R&D roles. Based in Guadalajara, Mexico, you will support the US market and manage a high volume of requisitions.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field, possess advanced English skills, and have proven recruitment experience in the US market. Experience with Smart Recruiters is preferred, along with a data-driven mindset.
