Job Description
Lead the talent acquisition efforts as a Senior Recruiter. Implement strategic initiatives to attract top talent while managing end-to-end recruiting in a hybrid environment.
This position requires acting as a strategic partner for hiring managers, supporting them through the recruitment lifecycle. You will engage in developing recruitment strategies, monitoring performance indicators, and ensuring a positive experience for candidates throughout.
