Senior Real Estate Manager, Global Realty - Mexico

DESCRIPTION
Amazon is currently looking to hire an experienced Senior Real Estate Manager to join the team and play a critical role in supporting all facility and property activity across Amazon's Mexico Network.
Regular travels within the country will be required.
In this role you will support the Mexico team to ensure the timely completion of new transactions as well as asset management of existing sites, including renewals, expansions, terminations, and reconfiguration of existing warehouse space.
This encompasses the entire process of working with the local management team in defining the requirements, lease negotiations (business and legal terms), on-site surveys, comparative financial analysis of lease transaction, and project management.
Your primary objective in this role is to provide adequate, cost-effective storage/operation space for Amazon in Mexico given the market conditions, working to challenging deadlines and budgetary requirements.
