Job Description
The job holder serves as lead in providing technical advice and manage contracts and costs of a construction projects by carrying out studies of project resource analysis and giving expert advice and suggestions on legal and contractual issues.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Support in the preparation of Bills of Quantities for various projects.Actively participates in negotiating and bidding for external jobs.Conducts valuation of works done on all project sites and prepares payment certificates for clients.Conducts valuations on work done by subcontractors and prepares certificates.Assist in cost control and resource monitoring during construction.Conducts cost analysis on projects prior to signing of contracts.Identify and assess financial risks throughout the project lifecycle and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.Offer value engineering solutions to red...
