Senior Qhsse Analyst (Veracruz)

HMH is a global leader in drilling solutions, providing products and services across land, offshore, subsea mining, geothermal, construction, and offshore wind industries.

• Serve as Veracruz's Quality Management site representative.
• Maintain and update Operating System (OS) documentation for the Veracruz site.
• Schedule, coordinate, and prepare the Veracruz site for internal and external audits (ISO, API, and ASME).
• Ensure follow-up and closure of findings and Corrective Actions/Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
• Maintain and update Manufacturing Quality metrics (KPIs).
• Manage and reduce Costs of Poor Quality (CoPQ) by implementing effective solutions and collaborating with project teams.
• Lead Non-Conformity Report (NCR) process by coordinating, reviewing, and driving the closure of NCR reports.
• Lead and support Continuous Improvement (CI) programs, including GEMBA walks and Quality days. <...
