Senior Pursuit Manager in Project Management
Job Description
Lead winning proposal strategies as a Senior Pursuit Specialist. Drive marketing initiatives and collaborative pursuits, enhancing the delivery of significant capital projects in the transportation sector.
As a pivotal team member reporting to the Pursuit Team Manager, you will manage all aspects of complex proposal efforts. This includes coordinating with technical teams, facilitating discussions, and ensuring compliance and quality in all submissions. Your contributions will foster growth within the organization and improve community outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct RFP and pursuit activities across teams
• Lead discussions to develop winning strategies
• Manage proposal timelines, quality control, and progress
• Develop content and prepare review packages for leadership
• Collaborate on marketing communications to enhance brand
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field necessary
• Minimum five years of pursuit experience acknowledged
