Senior Property Underwriter

We are seeking a Senior Property Underwriter to join our team. This is a senior individual contributor role with full binding authority, focused on underwriting complex and non-standard property risks, including farm and residential. This role is well suited to an experienced underwriter who is already operating at, or ready to step into, a senior-level role. You will work with a high degree of independence, applying strong judgment to complex risks while contributing to underwriting quality and consistency across the team. Key Responsibilities

Independently underwrite complex and non-standard property risks Exercise full binding authority, including exceptions and specialty risks Act as a technical resource on complex files and coverage interpretation Ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective communication with Agents and Brokers Manage facultative placements and contribute to underwriting quality and continuous improvement Experience & Skills Required
