Residential Compensation:
$85,000–$120,000 base salary + benefits Schedule:
Full-time, onsite
Key Responsibilities Portfolio & Operational Oversight
Oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of residential units across multiple properties.
Ensure smooth integration and stabilization of newly acquired buildings, including onboarding of site teams, processes, and systems.
Provide leadership, guidance, and performance oversight to on-site property management staff.
Develop and implement operational standards, policies, and best practices to ensure consistency across the portfolio.
Financial Management
Manage annual operating budgets, forecasting, and reporting
Monitor monthly financial performance, variances, rent collections, delinquencies, and expense controls.
