Your new role
The finance team is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join its accounting team full-time onsite in their Midtown location. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role manages full-cycle property accounting for a portfolio of retail assets. You will act as a key business partner to Operations, Leasing, and Development teams, ensuring accurate financial reporting, sound controls, and timely monthly deliverables.
