Job Description
Lead construction projects for a growing portfolio with a focus on wood frame multi-residential units in Toronto, ON. This role emphasizes contract management, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
The company has a 50-year legacy in construction management and seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee their wood frame apartment developments. The successful candidate will handle all phases from pre-development to project close-out. A strong background in contract administration and construction processes is crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all stages of project management for wood frame builds
• Manage monthly project reporting with Site Supervisors
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact
• Assist in preparing tender packages for projects
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Requirements:
• Two completed full-cycle wood frame projects
• Knowledge of CCDC contracts, Procore and Microsoft Project
