Senior Project Manager

Nair Systems is currently looking for Senior Project Manager for our UAE operations.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: (8–10+ years)

• Extensive project management experience in financial services, regulatory environments, or national‑scale transformation programmes.
• Strong PMO governance capability with proven delivery of complex, multi‑stakeholder programmes.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills (executive‑level storytelling, deck structuring, visual clarity).
• Strong MS Excel capability (tracking models, readiness dashboards, risk logs, dependency mapping).
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, steering committees, and regulatory bodies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead junior PMs and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
