Responsibilities

Relationship Development

Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Assist the Director of Technical Services and Innovation, and Property Managers with proactive timely resolution of contractor, vendor, and consultant performance issues related to routine maintenance and capital/construction projects.

Preventative Maintenance

Assist Property Managers in defining and setting performance and quality targets for site maintenance. Ensure that the safety standards and policies established by Centurion are met at all times.

Ongoing Operations

Complete regular site inspections of properties including plant operations to identify trends and opportunities and report any concerns or deficiencies promptly to the Director of Technical Services and Innovation.
