Here’s What You’ll Do
- Manage and deliver multiple high-profile, high-risk, and complex deployments simultaneously.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer goals and create detailed Statements of Work.
- Define project goals and create detailed project plans, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Lead Fortra and customer project teams through the full deployment lifecycle using strong influencing skills.
- Monitor, track, and report project status, ensuring consistent engagement with C-level stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support their journey with Fortra and desired security outcomes.
- Acquire deep knowledge of Fortra products and services to onboard and train customers.
