About the Role
The Senior Project Manager will own the execution and delivery of the most foundational, high-stakes initiatives within Félix's consumer lending business. Embedded directly inside the Credit Products team and reporting directly to the Head of Consumer Lending, your primary mission is to protect our leadership’s time by instilling absolute operational discipline. You will drive complex timelines and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders (Engineering, BD, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and Vendors) to ensure we deliver on strategic initiatives.
We are looking for a highly structured, execution-first operator obsessed with closing loops, tracking metrics, and escalating bottlenecks without hesitation. This role is not about theoretical frameworks; it’s about tactical delivery.
