Senior Project Manager – Utilities
Ensuring the smooth operation of a facility’s utilities systems, including water, gas, electric, and other energy sources. Overseeing maintenance, repair, and improvement of these systems to meet the needs of the facility efficiently and sustainably. Coordinating with multiple departments to guarantee reliable delivery, regulatory compliance, and cost‑effective service quality.
Location: Out of the GTA.

- Oversee utility construction projects from start to finish in collaboration with various teams to ensure proper installation and adherence to project standards.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with utility service providers, vendors, and contractors to secure favorable terms and maintain quality service.
