Senior Project Manager Permanent Hybrid Location: South Dublin Key responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day delivery of complex, multi-phase Agile IT and Business Change initiatives leading teams of internal staff, contractors, and external vendors Drive projects from initial concept through to completion, covering definition, planning, requirements capture, testing cycles (including SIT and UAT), go-live, and post-implementation handover Produce and manage structured delivery plans, ensuring all activities align with agreed timelines, financial targets, and quality expectations Provide clear visibility of project health by monitoring progress against milestones, highlighting dependencies, and communicating updates to key stakeholders and senior management Anticipate potential challenges, actively manage risks and issues, and escalate where appropriate to maintain delivery confidence Choose and adapt delivery frameworks (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Lean) to suit the scale, complexity, and co...
