Senior Project Manager - Commercial/Institutional TI

We are looking for experienced senior level Project Managers with a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing commercial or institutional projects between $1-5M. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the team and overseeing all aspects of the project from start to finish, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The project manager will also be responsible for managing and leading a team of construction professionals to ensure that the project is executed efficiently and safely.

You must have at least 5 years experience in the Vancouver market.
