You will be responsible for managing multi-disciplinary teams for various water-related projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules. This role emphasizes quality assurance, stakeholder communication, and mentoring staff while driving business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and oversee water infrastructure project delivery
• Engage clients to define project specifications
• Conduct and manage quality assurance reviews
• Mentor junior engineers and project staff
• Lead marketing efforts and proposal writing
Requirements:
• At least 15 years of engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Water Resources Engineering
• P.Eng. eligibility in Alberta
