Job Description
Lead critical infrastructure initiatives as a Senior Project Coordinator with the Region of Durham. Manage project teams and oversee tendering for municipal construction works.
The Region of Durham is hiring two Senior Project Coordinators to work full-time at their Whitby headquarters. You will provide leadership throughout all phases of construction and ensure effective contract administration. Your knowledge in civil engineering technology and strong project management skills will be integral to facilitating successful municipal infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as Contract Administrator for capital projects
• Lead project teams in construction and tendering phases
• Create and maintain project-specific specifications
• Conduct critical reviews of design drawings and compliance
