Senior Project Accountant

As a Senior Project Accountant at PME Inc., you will lead the Project Accounting team, supervise direct reports, and collaborate with Operations and the General Accounting team to ensure accurate, timely reporting of project costs and revenues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Accounting team and supervise 2 or more direct reports
• Facilitate accurate and timely reporting of project cost and revenue
• Support Operations with timely development of the project CBS (Cost Breakdown Structure)
• Enter and maintain project data (budgets, forecasts, quantities, cost codes, etc.)Produce variance reporting, including cost accruals, revenue accruals, budget moves, quantity claiming, and other items
• Understand key contractual information for assigned projects
• Support Operations with accurate and timely cash flow forecasts
