Job Summary
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Senior Program Manager to lead and coordinate customer transition programs across our global IBX portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring seamless execution of complex customer movements—including relocations, approved exits, and temporary capacity solutions—while maintaining operational excellence and customer trust.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of customer transition programs across IBX sites.
- Develop and manage detailed program plans, including milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
- Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of all transition activities.
- Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders.
- Coordinate customer moves, exits, and temporary relocations with precision and minimal disruption.
