Join Johnson Controls as a Senior Production Supervisor, responsible for managing production and operational activities for a team of 50-75 employees. Ensure efficient production while prioritizing safety and quality.
In this critical role, you will supervise daily operations, motivate the workforce, and enforce safety regulations. Working closely with management and quality assurance teams, your leadership will be essential in resolving production issues and maintaining high standards across the board.
