Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a refreshed positioning and core messaging framework.
- Build vertical narratives for FSI, Public Sector, Telecom, Healthcare, and High-tech/Manufacturing, each with proof points and reference customers.
- Maintain a single source of truth for current product positioning, updated frequently following roadmap or scope changes.
- Own outbound customer communication via monthly product update emails, webinars, podcasts, etc.
- Collaborate with product management on release positioning and outbound communication.
