About the Role
The Senior Product Manager, Home & Explore (HEX) will report to the Sr. Manager of Product, Global Transfer Experience.
Responsibilities include owning Remitly’s most visited real‑estate: the Home screen, the global navigation, and the Explore tab.
You Will
- Define the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritisation for Remitly’s Home screen, global navigation, and Explore tab across new, active, multi‑product, and dormant customer journeys.
- Be a customer advocate, translating qualitative research, usability studies and quantitative signals (including through AI‑assisted synthesis tools) into product decisions that reduce friction and improve first‑attempt success rates.
- Lead the personalization strategy for Home: partner with engineering and data science to ship ML‑driven module ranking, lifecycle marketing campaigns, one‑click repeat transfers and personalised shortcuts that evolve beyond Quick Send for customer...
