- Product Discovery & Strategy
- Understand customer needs through research, data analysis, and feedback loops.
- Define the product vision, goals, and outcomes in alignment with the group and portfolio strategy.
- Translate market trends and customer insights into product opportunities.
- Outcome Ownership
- Define, track, and deliver against product OKRs and KPIs.
- Balance customer‑facing features, technical debt, and enabler work in the product backlog.
