Senior Product Designer, Customer Experience

Role Overview

Reporting to the Director of Product Design and working closely with CX Design Leads, you will help shape Jobber’s first‑run experience—the critical early journey from sign‑up to meaningful product discovery during the trial. You’ll design growth experiences that help new customers quickly understand how Jobber can transform their business. Your work will translate AI‑powered recommendations, insights, and guidance into intuitive and trustworthy product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design the end‑to‑end trial and activation experience, from sign‑up through a customer’s first successful interactions with Jobber.
• Shape how new customers discover and understand the product, helping them explore key features and workflows during trial.
