Senior Product Designer

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to join experience design for our lending domain. You’ll define the customer experience from first touchpoint to long‑term engagement, collaborating closely with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to ship products that solve real problems for Canadians.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design end‑to‑end product experiences across web and mobile, balancing usability, polish, and performance.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers from problem framing through execution to ensure the right problems are solved well.
• Lead discovery efforts: mapping journeys, defining flows, prototyping concepts, and validating ideas through research.
• Build systems, not just screens. Consider long‑term scalability, edge cases, accessibility, and real‑world constraints.
• Help set the vision and strategy for your domain, bringing a customer lens to roadmap and feature planning.
