Key Responsibilities
- To ensure the onsite presence in Client’s plants on daily basis
- To establish and maintain a working relationship between Client’s stakeholders at plant and outsourced workforce
- To streamline communication and help Client and Infosys understand each other and work together efficiently
- To ensure physical proximity to Client’s business and facilitate the stakeholders experience
- To expedite any critical business requests and ensure timely resolution
