Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic, growth‑focused Senior Geotechnical Specialist to join the Geotechnical Practice, providing technical and operational leadership, superior mentorship skills, and a proven ability to deliver major assignments across a portfolio of diverse projects in rail infrastructure, highways, energy, water & environment, and urban development.
Responsibilities
- Lead geotechnical design for transportation and energy projects (foundations, retaining structures, excavations, slopes, tunnels) ensuring rigorous analysis, quality, and constructability.
- Direct and perform advanced numerical modelling (soil/rock and soil–structure interaction) to optimise and de‑risk designs on complex assignments.
- Manage multi‑disciplinary projects—scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change—while coordinating inputs across investigation, design, and delivery.
