Senior Policy Advisor

The Senior Policy Advisor will play a key role in shaping and influencing public policy and will work closely with senior leadership, government agencies, external stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to provide advice on policy issues. This role requires excellent writing skills combined with an understanding of the legislative processes, policy analysis, and the ability to navigate complex political and organizational landscapes.

Key Responsibilities: Policy Analysis & Development

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on policy issues affecting CIJA.
• Prepare policy briefs, position papers, and other documents to inform internal and external stakeholders.
