Job Title: Senior POD Lead/Scrum Master to orchestrate data enablement delivery for a lakehouse transformation
Overview: Our client seeks a Senior POD Lead/Scrum Master to lead a data enablement team delivering AWS lakehouse modernization and data product acceleration initiatives for their multi-year IT transformation.
Responsibilities:
Orchestrate delivery of Revenue UAT to production deployment
Manage pod velocity and capacity planning across multiple workstreams
Facilitate collaboration between client teams and embedded pod resources
Report progress and risks to client Data Leadership
Drive knowledge transfer and sustainability practices
Coordinate transition between capacity and SOW-based work
