Thomson Power Systems (a Regal Rexnord company) is a leading manufacturer of electrical products and systems for use in the power generation industry for over 50 years. We are currently seeking a talented Senior Plant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead and manage the Thomson Power Systems operations in Langley, BC to achieve EHS, operational excellence, financial, quality, and employee engagement objectives through the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS). They will play a key role in creating a vision to achieve our Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-term strategic objectives.
