Senior Personal Injury Litigator
Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior-Level Personal Injury Litigator to join their dynamic team in Toronto (GTA). This role focuses heavily on trials and LAT hearings, providing strategic representation for the Firm's personal injury clients.
- Step in to lead cases through litigation & hearings when other lawyers in the firm require trial/hearing support
- No need to bring a book of business but must have a strong track record of success in trial advocacy & a deep understanding of personal injury law
- Supported by two (2) Personal Injury Clerks with direct support from the Managing Partner. The role will be reporting directly to the Managing Partner and Managing Director of the Firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Trial and LAT Hearing Advocacy: Lead trials, LAT hearings, and other high-stakes proceedings with minimal supervision.
