Job Description
Korn Ferry is supporting a multinational company in the consumer sector in the search for a senior HR leader to support the business during a critical transformation phase.
- Elevate the People agenda from a transactional model to a strategic, business-driven function
- Act as a trusted HR partner to commercial leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Support organizational design, leadership effectiveness and cultural transformation
- Ensure continuity and strong execution during a transition period
Required Experience
- Senior-level experience as HR Business Partner or People Manager in commercial environments
- Strong knowledge of the Brazilian labor market and employment legislation
- Proven ability to operate with autonomy, execution focus and strategic mindset
- Experience in growth-oriented, consumer-driven or less-structured organizations
