Senior Payroll Lead – Colombia Fintech (Greenfield)

Sezzle is looking for a Senior Payroll Coordinator to manage their Colombian payroll cycle. This role requires a deep understanding of Colombian labor law and payroll requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will partner with various functions, manage BPO relationships, and handle payroll inquiries for approximately 130 team members, ensuring timely and error-free payroll execution. The position is pivotal in building the payroll function from the ground up at Sezzle Colombia SAS.
