Join a top Canadian independent mortgage finance company as a Senior Payroll Advisor focusing on compliance and efficiency. This pivotal role requires overseeing all aspects of payroll processing and benefits administration.
In this position, you will leverage at least 5 years of payroll experience to manage payroll for approximately 750 employees across Canada. You will execute audits, oversee compliance practices, and deliver analytical reports for management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead semi-monthly payroll processing ensuring compliance
• Conduct payroll audits and maintain data integrity
