Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) seeks a Senior Payroll Associate for a hybrid position in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This role emphasizes payroll processing and customer support for local Co-op clients.
As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will ensure accurate bi-weekly payroll and manage client inquiries. Your role will contribute to year-end duties, payroll correspondence, and maintaining payroll record security. Key Responsibilities:
• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
• Support client inquiries with timely responses
• Prepare T4s and vacation payouts at year-end
• Update employee files with payroll changes
• Manage Workers Compensation reports effectively
